Who is responsible

When you browse

No cookies and no advertising trackers. Visits are counted with Umami, which runs on this site's own server: it sets no cookies and keeps no personal data, only anonymous counts such as which pages are viewed, from which country and on what kind of device. Your IP address is passed to it only to work out the country and count visits; it isn't stored there. Fonts are served from this site too, so no third party sees your visit. A score page with a video shows only a still image from this site; if you press play, the video loads from YouTube, Instagram or TikTok, which then see your visit under their own privacy policies. The server keeps short technical logs (IP address, page, time) to keep the site running and safe.

When you buy

We keep the order: which score, the price, the time, and the email address you gave Stripe for your receipt, plus the IP address and browser you ordered from. If you ask for a copy by email, we keep that address too and use it only to send you the score. When you download, we note the time, IP address and browser, to protect the one-time links.

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted.

When you leave a note

If you write a note about a score, we keep it with the time, your IP address and browser (to stop spam), and the email address if you gave one, only to read and answer it.

Who helps run the shop

Stripe handles payments (privacy policy). Resend delivers emails (privacy policy). The site runs on a server rented from Hostinger.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data held about you, have it corrected or deleted (where the law allows), or object to its use: write to hello@rudolfcicko.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
